Today Lucas Collective has finalised the sale of our Canberra site at 20 Scotts Crossing to Hunter and Barrel.

Carlotta was originally conceived as the first stage of a broader Canberra expansion. Despite strong ambitions for the nation’s capital, we were ultimately unable to secure additional suitable sites to support our multi-venue model.

While this marks the end of our time at Carlotta Canberra, we are incredibly proud of what the team achieved in a short time, from earning a GoodFood Chef’s Hat weeks after opening to welcoming tens of thousands of guests.

We retain ownership of the Carlotta brand and look forward to sharing more about its future in due course.
